Process:
Profound partners with customers throughout a structured and
transparent process, which proceeds in a three phases - Discovery,
Build and Transfer Operations.
Discovery:
Profound will work with clients to identify the opportunities
and define the processes. Companies considering setting up
captive center in India need to look beyond the obvious cost

as investment required, objectives, process etc.
Build:
Profound will build an offshore development center
using the synergies of its existing offshore infrastructure.
